Abstract
The aim of the current research is to identify the degree of prevalence of the phenomenon of school bullying among middle school students in some schools in the city of Messalata and ways to confront it from the point of view of some teachers and specialists in these schools. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to teachers and psychologists. The results indicate that the phenomenon Bullying is widespread in middle schools to a high degree, and the most important reasons behind its spread are reasons related to the socialization of the family. We must prepare a training and rehabilitation program for the bullying students and involve them in extracurricular activities, and the need for continuous follow-up by the school administration, teachers, specialists, and the family of these students. The study also recommended activating the role of parent councils to exchange Information between family and school .
