| dc.description.abstract | The paper presents a methodological proposal for teaching the translation course from English into Arabic and vice versa for the undergraduate students in the department of English in El-Mergib University. It discusses one of the most important parts in the complex sentence. It is the adverbials clause. The researcher collected 12 sections from different references and listed them together so that the students can distinguish them from other clauses. The ultimate goal of this paper is to get knowledge about this section and to know how to analyze it linguistically and to translate it smoothly and correctly. This research considers this step is significant for understanding the text and for the processing of translation. Concerning the structure of this work, it consists of three parts: section one is an introduction to the study. It introduces the rationale, the aim, significance and the structure of the work. Section two covers the main topic (The Translation of the Adverbial Clause in English Language) into Arabic in some details. Section three presents the conclusion followed by recommendations for further research in other aspects in linguistic
