Abstract- Phishing is a cybercrime in which, attackers try to fraudulently retrieve users’ credentials by mimicking trusted communication channels. Phishing attacks are usually start with email means. Many methodsareimplemented to detect phishing emails. Blacklists and heuristics anti-phishing methods are commonly used to mitigate the impact of phishing crime.Previous studies revealed that each of these methods still has its drawbacks when implementedalone to detect phishing emails. In order to enhance the performance of these two methods, it is widely suggested by the researchers to combine these two methods to work as one anti-phishing system. Thus, if one method fails to detect the attack, the other method can catch it. In this study, blacklist and heuristics methods have produced an acceptable accuracy rate in phishing detection when they have cooperatively implemented, they have achieved up to 93% of TP accuracy rate.en_US
