Language and literature are deeply interlinked since the emergence of various literary activities began down the history of English language in Fifth Cesntury. Numerous literary jargon has been in use over centuries relevant to the time, place, setting and several other factors of particular works of many prominent poets, playwrights and novelists across the world. However, the entire works in the history of literature constantly remain a laboratory for experimenting language and its technical applications for ages. In this back drop, this paper’s main impetus keeps an eye on the method and approach, apparently a dynamic attempt of combining both the linguistic and the literary aspects of promoting language skills along with a sustainable vocabulary possession. Therefore, literature classrooms at the university level may turn to be significant platforms for Quality Language Promotion (QLP) especially in the countries, where the study of literature has been considered as a cultural stigma. Hence, the amalgamation of language and literature elements while promoting language skills, indeed, alone transform learners as globally competent from any background.en_US
